Ocho started with fresh salsa and a simple goal—bring bold, California-style flavor to Pittsburgh. Today, we’ve expanded into dips, seasonings, vinegars, and more, all made in small batches with the same focus on quality and creativity.
Salsa
Our original product and still at the heart of Ocho. We offer a rotating lineup of over 20 fresh salsa varieties, from classic favorites to bold, seasonal combinations. Each is made in small batches using fresh ingredients, with a focus on balanced flavor, texture, and consistency. Packed in 12oz containers and produced throughout the year.
Dips
Our dips build on the same foundation as our salsa, combining fresh ingredients with a focus on flavor and consistency. The lineup includes black bean and cream cheese–based options, along with two styles of guacamole and our Verdeguac. Made in small batches and packaged in 8oz containers.
Butters
Our compound butters are made in small batches to deliver bold, balanced flavor in a simple, versatile format. The lineup includes two varieties, Cowboy Butter and Blueberry Honey Butter made with our own freeze-dried fruit. Packaged for easy use across a wide range of dishes.
Vinegars
Our small-batch fruit vinegars are crafted using our own freeze-dried fruit to deliver bright, balanced flavor in a versatile, ready-to-use format. Featuring Tropical Berry, Blueberry Burst, and Blackberry Reserve, each variety offers a unique profile—from crisp and refreshing to slightly sweet—perfect for dressings, marinades, shrubs, and cocktails, bringing bold, natural flavor to everyday dishes.
Spices & Salts
Our spice blends and flavored salts are developed to complement our core products while standing on their own in everyday cooking. The lineup includes five spice blends and three salts, each crafted for balance and versatility across a wide range of dishes.
